Business need: We are seeking to first create backup files for all our existing opportunity contracts which are attached files in opportunity records. Then, on a weekly or monthly basis from that point on, we will then create copies of any newly added attachments.
Once all of the existing historical opportunity file attachment copies are obtained, how would one be able to specify from that point on, that specific historical file set will not need to be included on the weekly/monthly export?

The way you would filter is shown below. So select new Task and Oppty object.
Then on the Filters pane select the Parent ID field, and enter the record ID. Make sure to click add to select it. But obviously it has limits. Perhaps invest in the paid option?
Upon export a CSV will be exported as well as the attachments in a zip file.
