I am trying to uninstall a package and it won't allow it due to components being used elsewhere. It is listed as a Static Resource and I have gone to the static resource page to delete it but it won't give me the del option. I checked my administrator permissions and it shows I have Customize Application permissions set.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks! :)

I think you might be using this in your SiteTemplate based on the error that was posted.Remove the reference in the siteTemplate if that belongs to your organisation and then try uninstalling the same.
