Hello,

 

I have user who has reported seeing a white screen when trying to view Accounts on the Salesfroce Mobile App. I haven't had any other users report this so trying to determine what the issue may be. He said he's updated the app and is on iOS 11.2.5. 

 

Anyone else encounter this before?

    Hi Katie,

     

    the profile access to the app (Salesforce for iOS) and an internet connection have been already tested, I guess?

     

    Read access on the account object and the account tab visibility are on, as well?

     

    Seems odd!
