Validation on Contact Role in an Opportunity

Question

I want to ensure that a user cannot exit the Proposal Submitted Stage of an Opportunity until a Contact Role with role of Decision Maker exists. How would I include this into my validation formula?

Unfortunately, the contact role object is not available/accessible for formula/VR. You might have tried to do so. Please check below links:
