Ideally I would like to see Generated Revenue alongside of Lost Revenue in a single report. My biggest issue seems to come from the fact that $ Amount / closed won are opportunity fields, while the "Month over Month Revenue" field is from the Account details, in an "offboarding" section.

Can you post a screenshot of the Report and the Filters, Groupings, Settings that you're currently using and a create a mock-up of what you want your Report to look like? For questions related to Analytics: Reports and Dashboards those are really helpful
On the face of it, you might be able to get what you want using a Custom Summary Formula in a Report.
