I have RMAs on hold because Logistics said they would not receive replacement for a couple of weeks. They are now offering customer a substitute and I would like to remove the case from hold.
Charles, yes a snapshot and little more description around what do you exactly mean when you say "Case is on hold" would really help us in helping you.
