If I search the members, I can find my self as a member. Same name, picture, company name but somehow it doesn't know that I'm that same member.
How do I get the syncronization between my success communities and my salesforce login?

Any chance you are member under a different login? I see a bunch of "you" on success - https://success.salesforce.com/search?type=People&keywords=Dave%20Hallett
