Can an expierenced trailblazer help me on setting up a process, workflow or any other action that let me automatically add/related an event with specific subject to a shared calendar?
Idea is to have a calendar that is displaying all the POCy that are being scheduled on our opptys/accounts. So Mgmt has a full overview when they are being conducted.

Would a report work? You could create a report on Events and filter to only include Events with Subjects that Contain a certain string. This should give you all of the info you are looking for, but it wouldn't be in a calendar view.
