I am a newbie and this may be very obvious - I have a prospect list created and am going out "door knocking" within the community. There mus be a way to sort this list by street name, secondary sort house number. Right?

What you will need is a Summary Report grouped by Street Name and then sort the House Number in the Ascending Order. For example: I have the Contacts Report Grouped by the Department and then the First Name Sorted in the Ascending Order .

Have you tried creating Reports ?
