In order to integrate our telephony platform (Aircall), all telephone numbers in Salesforce are required to be in the international country code (+44). The problem is, pretty much all of our customer telephone numbers are not currently in this format. Is there any way we can do a 'find and replace' rule, that automatically changes all values in this field to match the required +44XXXXXXX?
Hopefully someone can help me with this!

For this, you need to download Data loader on your local OS. This can be done by going to Salesforce-->Setup--> Data Management--> Data Loader.
Follow the below instructions to export.
