However when testing the same configuration in my Partial-Copy Sandbox and running the same “Clone Quote” function, the process operates, but takes a very long time (5 to 15 minutes).
Our investigation indicates
- The function is using native Salesforce functionality.
- The clone request results in a 4 step process.
- Each process step runs correctly, but is held in the queue for a long time (2-5 minutes) before being processed.
Why is there a delay in the queue?
What needs to be reconfigured in the Partial-Copy (QA) Sandbox to improve this performance?
What assurance do I have this won’t reoccur in the production instance.
