Good morning! I am having some slight difficulty with a formula that I have been working on and was hoping someone could help me with it.

Here is the criteria:

1st - if another checkbox on the record called "Approved" is checked do not fire the formula and leave the checkbox unchecked.

2 - 4:

2 - If total-list-price is not equal to total sales price then check the box

3. If total opportunity amount is less than 200 then check the box

4. If the account credit limit is NOT 0 and less than the total oppty amount check the box.

If any of the criteria for 2 - 4 are true then check the box (even if multiple are true).

Here is what I have so far: but I keep getting syntax errors.

IF(Approved__c = false),

AND(OR(Total_List_Prices__c != Total_Sales_Prices__c ,true,

(Amount < 200,true,

(AND(Account.Creditlimit__c <>0.00,(Amount > Account.Creditlimit__c )),true, false)))

Can anyone see where I have gone wrong?

    Hi Jory,

    Let's try this:

    AND (

    NOT Approved__c,

    OR (

    Total_List_Prices__c != Total_Sales_Prices__c,

    Amount < 200,

    AND (

    Account.Creditlimit__c <> 0.00,

    Amount > Account.Creditlimit__c

    )

    )

    )
