The problem we sometimes have is that we will open an email to respond back to the customer, but the email response can sometimes take up to 30 mins+ to complete, and in the mean time the customer responds to the case with additional information before I click send on the email, and now the email i wrote up may not be relivant or is now outdated.
Is there a way to do a check on inbound responses to the case as a trigger or something (and notify me) before my email response actually gets sent out?
Thanks,
-Joe

Thanks, thats kind of what I was thinking my only option would be. I did also run across something about push notifications. I haven't tried it yet, but would that allow a pop up notification to come up when a case is responded to, so that the Support engineer would know that they should refresh the case to check the latest change?
