I am not able to use the standard Case life-cycle report.
We are using Unlimited Version and Service Cloud is enabled for our org.
I have read multuple posts that this is the kind of report which will provide the duration of a case in a specific status and this is what I am looking for.
It will be great help to understand how can I see this report type.
