I think I have tried all report types and tried to create a number of custom report types but I am having no luck.
I would like to have a Document (Conga) of all the artworks (Products) on a Campaign (Campaign Products) with an image and caption. Any Opportunities related to these products (Primary Campaign Source) should be listed under the work including the fields:
- Opp Owner
- Opp Name
- Opp created Date
- Sub Stage (reserve, sold, etc)
- Reserve sub stage (1st reserve, 2nd reserve, etc)
The Document will be circulated to Sales Reps so they can see which works are on reserve (hot works of interest) and which works are still available to sell. (Note: they want a Document and not a report because you can't print images from a report) This report would be run regularly as opportunity stages changed.
I tried to create a custom report "Products with or without Opportunities" but it will only display Products with opportunities. We would use a report like this for all of our Campaigns so advice/new direction would appreciated. Many thansk Heidi

The problem you are running into is that the Opportunities and the CampaignProducts are not related to Campaigns in a linear fashion - which is required for Salesforce reporting (A -> B -> C). Instead, they are related in a parallel fashion (A -> B, A -> C).
The Conga services team can tell you if that record relationship is possible with a Conga template, but it is not possible in a Salesforce report.
