
Have any other SFDC / Marketo users found that SFDC is reversing unsubscribe information and then overwriting the Marketo values?
I'm having a problem where someone will unsubscribe, things will be perfectly updated in Marketo, Marketo will sync with SFDC, and SalesForce will then reverse the unsubscribe.
Has anybody else had this problem? Marketo support told me it's got to be resolved on the SalesForce side, and my SFDC admin can't figure it out.
Here are the two options that I looked into but they are not the reasons why the values are reverting back.
First, there could be a workflow in place inside of Salesforce that is changing the value back manually. To find this, you would need to look through your workflows in Salesforce to see if anything could be doing this. Second (and more likely), the Salesforce Sync user could just not have full read and write permissions to this field.

Hi Marija,
My issue has been resolved. I didn't make any changes on my end, but it started to work properly right after the Salesforce Winter release date. I believe the release solved my problem.
