How do I get a more advanced search in Salesforce? The global search looks for agreement names only but I'd like to be able to search for Category, SubCategory or Status maybe. Basically, I wanted to search for my agreements with multiple criteria and not only by agreements name. How is that possible in SF Classic? Thanks

Hi Juhn,
I don't know if it can be used for your case, but technically putting a custom index on a field should make it searchable via Global Search. So you can try to contact Support and ask them to index the fields you want to search on. Beware though, that not all fields can be indexed, and this is not what custom indexes are supposed to be used for, so your request might get rejected.
