Chatter Answers in Lightning Groups

Question

I can't seem to get the Question Quick Action to appear in a Lightning Group or Feed in Lightning. I've edited the group layout and all of my publisher layouts.

Question appears on the group in Classic and on Salesforce1, but I can't get it on Lightning. Any thoughts? I didn't find this anywhere on the Lightning limitations.

The Question action isn't available in Chatter , but existing questions do appear in the feed when viewed in Lightning Experience. This is an extremely useful (sounding) feature to drive chatter adoption and knowledge sharing between users. And yet it was just dropped without a similar solution in lightning? What’s the deal?
