Is it possible to populate Community Templates with questions and answers?

Hi Community,

We're using Community Templates (Napili) which from what I understand uses the Chatter Questions functionality for the Q&A forums. We're moving our orgs current discussion forums from a 3rd party (Confluence) to the Community templates. My question is, is there a way to mass upload existing Q&A data from the 3rd party to the Community?
