How can you automatically convert all leads with the same email domain to one Account at the same time?

Here's the scenario: 10 people work for "ABC Company" and are all uncoverted Leads. One of those people says, "I'm ready to buy today" so you convert him to an Account/Contact with an Opportunity.

We don't want the other 9 people to continue getting prospecting phone calls from our telemarketing company (who work from Leads) nor do we want to lose their connection to "ABC Company" (on the Account page I want to see all 10 people listed as contacts).

Converting and merging one-by-one is not a realistic option. Thank you in advance for any ideas/insight.
