Currently deploying liveagent and started to build some reports on the transcript data however i am struggling to find the data "fields from transcript" within the reports builder. Anyone know how best to do this?

If you create a new Report type and choose one of the 'Chat Transcript with x' report types, the available Chat Transcript fields are listed. Are you looking for something more specific?
