How can I link Leads (if they are from the same company?)

Is there a way to associate Leads one with another, similar to how mayn Contacts can be from one Account? It would really help simplify the data structure - I usually have many Leads from one company. Thanks!

    Thanks, KC Schafer, I do look up companies to see how many Leads from one organization we have, but I was wondering if there it a "look up hierarchy" function, it's ok, I will keep using search.

     

    And I do convert all related Leads into Contacts once we convert one Lead into an Account, but now I also have multiple Leads with no related Account, so was thinking how to keep it organized.

     

    And SteveMo, I like the extra field suggestion! (I should try it, I don't know what function it would use but have to see). Thanks!
