I have set up the HTML Email Status related list on the contact object. When I tested it, it does record my email opens when I download the images in the email. However, I would like to get an email sent back to me when someone opens my email. I was thinking I could do this with a workflow rule or email alert but I'm not quite sure how...can anyone help?
