the company I'm working for is planing to use salesforce.
Now I've to intrgrate our nfon phone system to salseforce.
For testing I tryed to install the CTI-demo adappter but it dont work.
I dont understand the developer guide for the CTI-Toolkit because i'm not
a programmer.
Could anybody help me?
(excuse my very bad english, I'm from germany)
