I have a user who emailed a customer in Outlook and linked the email to SF using SF for Outlook.  When she then forwarded the email to the customer again, with a further message, and linked the new email to SF, the latest message didn't show up.  This doesn't appear to be a consistant issue, as sometimes the email chain appears to sync to SF fine.

Is there something that the user is doing wrong?  If the email chain has already been added to SF, is there something that we need to do to ensure future emails and attachments in the chain are also synced to SF?

Many thanks.

    Hi Sara,

To get the most out of Conversation View, apply one or more of the settings.

To do so, click the Conversation Settings dropdown menu. Be sure to check the Show Messages from Other Folders option, even if all your mail is in the Inbox.

That way, Outlook will display messages you sent and stored in the Sent folder.

You can refer the following pdf - https://www.mercy.edu/sites/default/files/it-docs/User_Guide_Conversation_View_Threading.pdf

    Thanks!
