How can I get a report to show what features of Salesforce my users actually use? We are looking at licence negotiation and want to know how many of our users actually utilise the Enterprise features or if we can downgrade in any way. I can't see that this is readily available through Salesforce alone, but can anyopne recomment an app that would help?
