My organization's SalesForce account includes myself and a colleague, and we want to share all leads, accounts, opportunities, etc., with each other. When I go into an account, for example, and try clicking on "Share," nothing happens. I don't have the option to select with whom I want to share the item (preferrably "Users"). Any ideas what's happening here?

Thanks!
