I would like to create an email that auto populates when a contract is received and sent from our email server not Salesforce.com?

We would like the email to be sent from our email server, not through salesforce.com but we would like to extract information from salesforce.com. We would like to make the process as automated as possible. Advice?

    You have to enable email relaying feature in salesforce and then do proper forwarding on your email server.

     

    That would send all emails from salesforce via your email server.
