I want to create a view on cases which come from multiple queues. I am a member of several public groups which have access to one or more queues. i want to list all case items which are in queues which are accessible to the public groups I belong to. is this possible.

You could create a Case View that shows you All Cases where the owner is not you. This would give you every case you have access to where you are not the owner...
But if you have admin permissions or work in an org where Cases are public, this will give you more than you need. If you have the word "queue" in the name of the Queues, you could put a filter in the view where the Owner Name contains queue.
