How do I make a validation rule to not allow Closed Won if field is "0"?

I want to make it so that reps have to have a value other than zero in a field before being able to change the opportunity to closwed won. So far I have this:

AND (

ISPICKVAL( StageName , "Closed Won" ),

ISNUMBER( my_field__c , "0" )

)

the syntax is in error.

Can anyone help me out?

What is the Data Type of the"my_field__c" ? Can you try:
AND(
ISPICKVAL(StageName, "Closed Won"),
OR(
my_field__c = 0,
ISBLANK(my_field__c)
)
)
