Case Priority vs Case Severity

Question

Not sure if I'm looking in the wrong place or just going blind. Please help.

Case.Priority is a standard field on the Case object, but in may page layout the field label shows as Case Severity despite the fact that the Field Lable is called "Priority" and is not editable as it is a standard field. How is it that the field name showing in the page layout is "Severity"?

Sounds like someone renamed the Field Label    Documentation Rename Object, Tab, and Field Labels   https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=customize_rename.htm&type=5

Thanks Steve,   I figured it was something as simple as that, but didn't originally see how I could navigate to the field labels from the initial screen within setup that drops you into editing the tab (object) names.
