Touch Interface showing 'My Accounts' only

Enabled Touch and trying to figure out whay all Accounts, Contacts, and Opps show up -- was hoping for each user to have default view of 'My Accounts' as they do in full screen.

Is there a setting I'm missing? I won't turn this on otherwise because it won't be very useful to my sales reps.
