How to Change "My Settings" when logging a case in "Help and Training"

I am trying to change the email address and the phone number and the name in "My Settings" so whenever I open a service ticket with SFDC they can reply to me and not the old contact info that is no longer valid. But when I go to "My Settings" it does not allow for editing. Additionally, the updated info in my account does not seem to be changing anything in "My Settings", hence SFDC keeps communicating with the inof that is in My Settings and not in my personal info.

    Some information it picks from the User Profile of the Org.  Some information you will have to raise a case (support case) to get it corrected by the support.  The former part can be done by your administrator, and the latter part is painful process as you have to take it up with the Salesforce.com support.
