iphone ap will not register

I loaded the iphone ap and tried to pull over my data.  The ap was working fine, but it crashed during the data load, and would do nothing.  I have tried to remove and reinstall the ap, but now the software will not register, what can I do?

    Try this

     

     

    (1) Click on Setup | Mobile Administration | Mobile Users and Devices

     

    (2) Select the user that is experiencing the crash

    (3) Click on Erase Data

     

    Have the user run the iPhone application and type Salesforce username and password
