Hi John,

AFAIK there is no standard way to club it. What best you could do is to add another backend picklist field with all stages of opportunity and only one value for closed. update this picklist field for all record = the stage value except the closed ones. For all closed opp record update this field as closed.

Now in Kanban view settings group records using this new fields.
