I am an administrator for my company and I am having issues with Sales Force. My enviroment is Windows 7 x64 and a mix of office 2007 and 2010. I have added the urls as safe sites. Ran everything in XP ps3 compatability mode and no matter waht Mail Merge will not work. I have been told that I need to install XP in a virtual enviroment and run Office 2003. This is not a good solution for my team since they use their computers for more than Sales Force. I am getting the same errors that I have seen posted on various spots within this communnity. Any ideas on how I can fix this, I have tried everything I have seen on this site and so far nothing is working. Please help

Here are the requirements for Standard Mail Merge: - Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0, or 8.0
- Microsoft Word 2003 or 2007
- Microsoft Windows XP and Vista (32-bit only; 64-bit isn't supported)
You may want to look into Extended Mail Merge, or a 3rd party app to support your 64-bit or Office 2010 users.
