Connect For Office set up fails

Question

When I run SForceOffice.exe to setup Connect for Office I receive the message "The Installation Package could not be opened. Contact the vendor to verify it is a recognised installation package". I've downloaded it a few times but getthe same response.

This laptop is running office 2007.
