can you temporarily turn off email to case

I want to stop email to case for a data freeze - how can I do that and then switch it back on again

    Hi Olivia,

     

    Goto Setup->Email-to-Case->Unchek Enable On-Demand Service checkbox

     

    Hi Olivia, Goto Setup->Email-to-Case->Unchek Enable On-Demand Service checkbox You can reactivate thsi at same place.
