I need to delete the Master of several VR Emails that we have sent to our leads - however when I go into reports and load a list of the VR Emails we sent, when I click on the name of the VR email it only takes me to the record for ONE of the leads, not the master.

 

Do I need to be the record owner/creator of the VR email to be able to delete the master record? If so, can I just change the ownership? and where would I find it? I am an administrator, but I did not create these old records.

    Hi Michelle,

     

    Could you clarify what you mean by VR Emails? Could you confirm what you mean by master of the lead? Are you referring to the campaigns?
