I need to change the lead source on 189 leads - is there a way of doing this as a mass change or do i have to go into each lead and change it 189 times?
i tried looking in Dataloader.ie but I am not that familiar with that software - is there a way to do it there? and if there is, can you please send me the step by step process.

No you are not out of luck. Take your original .csv file and blank out the Lead Source value for every record, but leave the column in the file. Log into dataloader.io, select your .csv file and on the last step before you click Save & Run, click Advanced, then check the Insert Null Values box. Now click Save and Run and the blanks should override the #.N/As.
