Getting data from common URL to salesforce in scheduled time.

Question

I need to automatically upload datas from common url to salesforce every day in specified time(consider 1.00 AM). Am trying with the help of File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Am stuck in migrating data. Can anyone help me out to solve this? Thanks in advance.
