Can S-Controls be added to Case Detail Pages in Case Feed?

I am working with an integration that was created using S-Controls. Is there a way to add this S-Control to the detail page within a Case Feed Page Layout? I only see that VF pages can be used to create custom publishers.

    Hey Brandon,

     

    S-controls have been superseded by Visualforce pages. Organizations that haven’t previously used s-controls can’t create them. Existing s-controls are unaffected, and can still be edited.

     

    However, we could convert the same to Visualforce Pages. I could help you to get that converted but that will need you to post the existing code HTML/JS here or at say https://gist.github.com or http://pastebin.com or whatever.

     

    Also, are you referring to Publisher Actions by this usage -> 'custom publishers' ? It would be nice if you come out a little more descriptive.
