can administrator be copied on daily chatter emails?

We recently purchased salesforce. i would like to know (either daily or weekly) which of the users has been entering data, managing activities, --- doing more than logging on to look up phone numbers!

Can I be copied on each person's daily chatter email?

We have the General Edition.

Sorry there is no such functionality for that I am afraid. You will have to build individual Activity Reports and user Login Report.
