In Process Builder, I created a Formula statement: CONTAINS([Task].Subject, "Apex") The problem is CONTAINS() is case sensitive. If someone APex, the statement does not evaluate TRUE. Suggestions?

Colleen, just change it to be this:

CONTAINS(LOWER([Task].Subject), "apex")
