salesforce for outlook

I am having trouble installing Salesforce for Outlook and keep getting a runtime error.  I have uninstalled and re-installed with no luck.

    Pat,

     

    if it is  Outlook 2010 32bit version on a 64bit machine no issues.

     

    but if it is 32 bit machine yes it will give some errors.
