Here's the formula:
INCLUDES( Classification__c, "Certified ShellacPro" )

Basically we are de-duping our contacts and if we happen to merge two records where the superceded record has a date value updated or populated in this "achievement" field, we don't want it triggering various workflow emails we have in place so we're wanting to have it ignore any updates made by this particular user who is performing the de-duping with the tool.
