Formula Text Field Lookup with Formatting

Question

So we're using CalendarAnything and I'm wanting to have just one single field to represent location that I'm pulling from 2 fields on a custom object. So I created a formula TEXT look-up field that just has Event City + Event State.

On the map record it pulls the values but there's no formatting.Example: San DiegoCA

Is there a way Salesforce will allow you to format in a formula? Even if it won't add a space, just a comma? Like: San Diego,C

Try this: EventCity__c+","+EventState__c
