I am investigating feasbility to expose content libraries to our Customer Portal users, but am initially concerned with the content subscription functionality.  At first glance and testing in sandbox, the content subscription email alert sent to a portal user has "Salesforce CRM Content" in the body and sender as "content@salesforce.com".  If exposing to customers, this is not ideal and will most likely force us to turn off these notifications for portal users.
