We have a need in our business.
We want to make a button on the report object, which creates a pdf of the same structure as pintable view.
This is because we do not allow a user to create printable view or export details from the reports.
Are there any ideas on this?

I don't think you'll be able to customize the report screen itself, but you could create a custom button that runs a report as a PDF directly from a record. Conga Composer (on the Appexchange) can do something like this. There are also other apps that generate PDFs.
