I'm having some difficulty getting my nesting correct for a validation rule I'm trying to design for controlling reps from moving an opportunity into stages past a particular stage, without having a checkbox marked.  On top of that, I want particular profiles to be ignored when assessing the rule.  For example:

If an administrator wants to change the opportunity stage, they can select any stage they want.

If a sales rep wants to change the opportunity stage to probability % greater than or equal to 75%, there has to be a custom checkbox field marked as TRUE

Here's the validation rule format that I have setup......

AND (

AND (

Probability >= 0.75,

Mgr_Go_No_Go_Verification__c = FALSE),

OR(

NOT($

Profile.Name = "System Administrator"),

OR (NOT($

Profile.Name = "Sales Manager")),

OR (NOT($

Profile.Name = "Job Board")),

OR (NOT($

Profile.Name = "Partner Operations"))

))

I get no syntax errors, however, it is not letting reps edit the opportunity without throwing the error.  Not sure where it's tripping the rule to true, to fire the error.
